Jiří is a partner of Cushman & Wakefield with more than 20 years of experience. He joined the company in 2000 and in 2010 was promoted to Partner of the company and in 2020 Jiří took over as Head of the Industrial Department. His main responsibility is to manage the team of 12/15 staff in the provision of consultancy services related to Industrial/Logistics real estate and Retail Parks. Predominantly related to advising developers and owners of industrial real estate and retail parks but also providing Tenant Representation services across several sectors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Jiří has participated in several projects (approx. 400,000 m2 of leasing transactions and approx. 2,000,000 m2 of land sales) and has built the first department in the Czech Republic dealing with this type of retail space - the Department of Retail Parks. The activities of the Industrial Real Estate and Shopping Parks Department mainly include consulting services, conceptual and marketing strategies, market entry strategies, land budget preparation, optimal tenant mix, space optimization, contract negotiations, investment sales, land sales and acquisitions.

Egor is a Partner and is responsible for two strategically important departments – warehouse and industrial real estate and land. His responsibilities include department management, business development, strategic planning and development of business relations. Egor directly represents interests of several international company clients and also takes part in the most important deals. Egor joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2007. Under Egor’s leadership Cushman&Wakefield has become a leading player in warehouse, industrial and land markets.Egor has a large experience in the warehouse and industrial real estate sector, land market, logistics and is a leading Russian expert in this field. Under the supervision of Egor C&W has executed more than 100 sale and lease deals of 1 000 000 sq.m of modern warehouse & industrial space with the estimated value of more than half a billion USD. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Egor has worked more than 10 years in top business development and management roles with leading international logistics companies: Panalpina, FM Logistics and Gefco.

Rodica Târcavu joined DTZ Romania in 2005 and she is responsible of coordinating the leasing activity of the industrial department and also of expanding DTZ’s portfolio and gaining new customers for new business opportunities. Dealing with industrial market, Rodica advised a wide range of landlords, developers and occupiers. Her experience includes leasing & marketing strategies, market research, advisory services & investments transactions. Rodica’s substantial experience in letting & advisory in the Romanian industrial market is a great asset for the team and a strong success factor in numerous projects.

Bart is an Associate within Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Agency in Brussels, having spent the past 13 years in the acquisition, letting, sale and development of industrial and office properties throughout Belgium. He has been Head of Industrial Agency in Brussels since September 2010. He previously worked for a one of the largest Belgian 3PL companies being responsible for business development in the automotive sector. His extended knowledge of supply chain solutions, contract logistics and transport solutions helps him today in better understanding the problems and the needs of companies in search of logistic real estate.

Tim leads the Retail Logistics team for Cushman & Wakefield in EMEA; working closely with the retail and logistics teams, to provide specialist advice for supply chain and logistics with a core focus on logistics property. Primary areas of focus are on retail customer profiling and catchment analysis, socio-economic profiling, labour analytics, location strategy for supply/logistics networks, network design, logistics facility design, acquisition, development and funding. Tim specialises in the acquisition, design, specification and construction of new logistics and fulfilment buildings. Clients are e-commerce and retail businesses but Tim also works with a number of manufacturing businesses looking at how they pivot to offer DTC.
