The backbone of Andreas Schmid´s operation was tailored around servicing an e-Commerce client for Germany. The business of Andreas Schmid has steadily grown in previous years and the company was faced with expansion drives by its clients. 

Operating from its warehouse in Kadan (Noth-west Bohemia), which the company occupied for more than 10 years for both ambiente and dangerous goods, Andreas Schmid considered relocating its entire operation to a new property or negotiating a lease regear on the existing warehouse.
