Kellogg’s, the world’s leading cereal company, second largest producer of cookies, crackers and savory snacks and a leading North American frozen foods company decided to locate its manufacturing plant in Poland, Kutno.

Kellogg’s open two new manufacturing lines  in Poland for the Special K cereal and Pringles potato chips.

Cushman & Wakefield has advised Kellogg’s, on the acquisition of a 13,000 sq m of warehouse and manufacturing facilty in Kutno and on the acquisition of two industrial sites – 10 and 4,5 hectares next to the factory for the future development. The whole process, including land acquisition and preparation, took 9 months. Developer selection took 2 months and the construction process 5 months.

This project plays an important role to Kellogg’s and their long term growth plans for Poland.
